IntegraLynx ingests holdings from multiple custodians, administrators and in-house systems, normalising formats and supplementing each line with external price, fee and benchmark data. This includes insurers running open architecture products, where look-through to underlying funds is essential yet operationally challenging.
IntegraLynx delivers complete, compliant and country-ready cost disclosures, from PRIIPs funds to CTI pension templates, through a single, automated platform. By acquiring disparate data, performing the complex calculations regulators demand and formatting every statement to local rules, Resolve removes manual effort and validation headaches, giving insurers the certainty that every policyholder, every quarter, receives accurate, timely information.
The calculation core handles Category 2, 3 and 4 performance scenarios for PRIIPs, supports both spread-based and slippage-based transaction-cost methods under EU and UK rules, and applies ongoing charge formulas set out in the Investment Association disclosure code. For IDD, the engine produces policyholder-level net- and gross-of-cost returns over the prior year.
Templates for PRIIPs KIDs, IDD, Annual and Quarterly Valuation Statements and CTI reports are maintained centrally. Each template embeds jurisdictional nuances, for example Finnish Insurance Contracts Act presentation rules and French consumer information standards. CTI output aligns to the latest cost-transparency spreadsheets endorsed by the Pensions and Lifetime Savings Association. Distribution can be automated via letter using a number of printing services, or automatically uploaded to the insurer’s portal or browser based system.
Every data import, assumption and calculation step is time-stamped and version-controlled, offering traceability that meets regulators’ expectations for reasonableness and reproducibility. Built-in reasonableness checks flag outliers before reports are published, reducing late-cycle rework and audit queries.
Resolve’s actuarial and data engineering team configures the platform to each client’s architecture, integrating via REST, SFTP or message queue. Ongoing support includes regulatory update deployment and local statement language maintenance, keeping disclosures current with evolving FCA, EIOPA and local authority guidance
