IntegraLynx from Resolve is an end-to-end platform that applies large language models to the toughest data challenge in life and pensions insurance: extracting reliable intelligence from fifty years of product documents, emails and legacy code. By combining advanced retrieval-augmented generation with our actuarial rule engine, IntegraLynx delivers clean, validated data sets ready for migration, reporting or new product launch. Core Capabilities
Our solution ingests PDFs, scanned images, emails and mainframe code bases in COBOL or Fortran, then automatically identifies product features, calculation logic and dependency relationships. A low-code web interface lets business analysts define exactly which fields to extract, map or reconcile. Behind the scenes, IntegraLynx maintains a full lineage graph so every value can be traced back to its source document and time-stamped model version. Embedded review workflows allow actuaries and compliance teams to approve or challenge any AI output before it is committed to downstream systems.
Architecture and Security
IntegraLynx is delivered as a dedicated client SaaS service in UK or EU data centres, or as a fully on-premise deployment. All components are built on Microsoft .NET. Resolve is ISO 27001 certified with external audits of our information security management system twice a year. Role-based access controls integrate with your existing Single-Sign On provider, while every user action is written to an immutable audit log that can be integrated into your SIEM solution.

Implementation Approach
A typical engagement begins with a two-week discovery to catalogue legacy document sets and agree an extraction blueprint. Resolve’s actuarial engineers then configure extraction pipelines and fine-tune the generative models on your anonymised data. Most clients reach production in eight to twelve weeks, with Resolve experts on-site or remote to oversee data quality, regression testing and knowledge transfer. Post-go-live, our customer success team provides quarterly optimisation reviews and 24×7 support.
Governance and Compliance
IntegraLynx is designed for regulated environments. Model training data, prompts and outputs are version-controlled and fully reversible. Built-in validation rules check numeric consistency and flag any scenario that exceeds predefined tolerances. The platform generates regulator-ready evidence packs, including lineage diagrams, sampling results and model performance metrics, so your audit committee can sign off with confidence.
